1. What is PosBros?

We believe that since you chose PosBros for use you are familiar with the main focus of our services and business, and you have also of course got yourself acquainted with our Terms and Conditions. We will point at it once more for better understanding of the purposes your personal information is being collected and processed according to this Privacy Policy. So PosBros Point-of-sale System offers cafes, shops and restaurants a simple platform from which to manage sales, inventory and marketing activity managed by PosBros.

2. What is personal information and what is processing or personal information?

3. What type of information is collected from you?

PosBros may collect personal information such as name, email address, telephone number, address as well as aggregate information such as frequency of visits to website, IP address, site pages most frequently accessed, browser type. Aggregate information is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about users of the PosBros system. Aggregate information is used in a collective manner and no single person can be identified directly by that compiled information.

4. Why does PosBros collect information from you?

As you can see there is not much personal information PosBros collects from you. Nevertheless, all the information PosBros collects is crucial for the operation of the PosBros System. PosBros collects and uses the information to:

• 4.1. understand your needs and provide services that is relevant to you;
• 4.2. boost the quality of the services you get from PosBros System including via personalization of the services;
• 4.3. generate statistical studies;
• 4.4. conduct market research and planning;
• 4.5. help you to complete a transaction, or provide services or customer support;
• 4.6. communicate back to you;
• 4.7. update you on services, information, and products, or, in other words send you some marketing information;
• 4.8. notify you of any crucial information or changes within the System which may affect you;
• 4.9. enforce terms of use within the system;
• 4.10. administer the platform including performing troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;
• 4.11. keep the system safe and secure;
• 4.12. to conduct anonymized general statistical analyses of the Food & beverage market.

If PosBros decides to change the purposes of processing specified above, we will inform you on such changes prior to use your personal information within the newly set purposes. The notification on such changes will be sent to your account dashboard and/or your email.

5. Who will get access to your personal information?

In order to provide high-quality services within the platform PosBros hires people, enters into agreements with independent contractors as well as cooperates with other services providers, companies and organizations. For that reasons some of your personal information can be passed to the persons mentioned. In order to achieve the system goals in a best way the PosBros uses various technologies and services including the one that can be provided and/or hosted in other countries. Your data may thus be accessed by the IT services contractors of PosBros. By registering within the PosBros system and by using it you agree to such transfer and processing within the purposes set in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

In all cases we pass the information to other persons we ensure that your information is being protected and used only within the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy. This is achieved by using only certified services and products, signing agreements on protection of personal data with contractors as well as taking technical measures to ensure the information is protected when stored, used and while being transferred. You also have to be aware of the fact that PosBros may disclose your personal information to enforce and comply with the law. In other words, PosBros may disclose to officials information necessary for the investigation or legal process on official request or the official bodies acting within their power.

6. How long will the personal information be processed and stored by PosBros?

Your personal information will be stored by PosBros within the term of your use of the platform and up to your termination of such use which means the deletion of your account from PosBros platform. PosBros shall terminate the processing of your personal information unless the special retention period for the storage of such data is set by the relevant legislation.

7. How PosBros protects personal information?

PosBros takes technical and organizational measures to ensure the information is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of information, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
